TAKING CARE OF YOUR GEAR

AFTER EACH USE

Make sure to hand wash your gear after every match. Extended exposure to sweat can harm shiny fabrics and reduce their lifespan. Do not wrap up your gear in towels, as this might affect its brightness and durability.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

  1.  Fill a basin or a sink with lukewarm water. Avoid using hot water, as it may damage the fabric. Add a mild detergent suitable for delicate fabrics, following the recommended dosage on the detergent packaging.

  2.  Submerge your wrestling gear in the soapy water and let it soak for MAX 15 minutes. Gently rub the surface with your hands to remove sweat and dirt.

  3.  Drain and refill the basin or the sink with clean, lukewarm water. Then, rinse each item thoroughly to remove all traces of detergent. Squeeze out excess water gently, and let your wrestling gear air dry. Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources, as they can damage the fabric.

WRESTLING GEAR RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENT
