HOW DO I SET UP MY PAYMENT?

Above a certain sum, you will be given the possibility to pay in one solution or to split your quote into two halves. The first half payment is required to place the order, whereas the final half payment will be asked when the gear is completed.
Please always be ready to send us your final payment as soon as your costume is ready.
If we do not receive the amount due within 14 days after the gear has been completed, we reserve the right to add the item to our in-stock store.

SHIPPING AND FEES

We ship worldwide.
The payment of customs fees is a responsibility of the customer.
Shipping fees vary depending on the final destination and the number of items ordered. Please, make sure to always specify your country of residence when placing an order. Thank you.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We offer refunds only up to 14 days after the order has been placed.
We do NOT offer refunds on Rush Orders.

If the payment has been made using PayPal, we will NOT refund any fees we incurred when receiving the payment.

RUSH ORDERS

We might accept Rush Orders and speed up the creation process depending on our availability.
Our Rush Order fee starts at 75£, but can change depending on the required timeframe of completion and the number of items ordered.

IMPORTANT DESIGN CRITERIA

We are both designers and wrestling gears makers. Therefore, we gladly accept other professional designers and our clients' concept sketches.

When presenting us a design, please remember the following ruls.

Any design must be submitted to us in either a high quality jpeg format (600dpi) or as a vector file (.ai, .eps), including separate files for each logos or lettering desired.
Any design must be presented in solid colors. Shading effects look great on paper or on a computer screen, but it's typically not possible to replicate them on fabric.
We take the liberty to slightly alter a design when necessary, but always after communicating the change to our customers. Just because something can be done in Illustrator, CorelDraw or Photoshop does not necessarily mean it can be replicated on spandex.
In the event that we have to completely redesign a concept art that has been created by another designer, an extra fee will be charged.
